"Before starting with Hayley I wasn’t in the best shape after a few holidays and had lost all motivation around going to the gym and eating well.

I signed up for the online training then the gyms closed because of lockdown and I wasn’t sure if I’d get the best results with only being able to train in the garden and not having much equipment, but the workouts were challenging and Hayley always checked in on me.

I was so pleased with my results and couldn’t believe my pictures when we compared the before and after.
