18 GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

 Three sessions a week with our motivating coaches so you’re challenged and supported in every session to get the best results possible.

You won’t have to cancel meals out, drinks with the girls or feel guilty about eating chocolate ever again. We want you to live your life! 

DEDICATED PERSONAL COACH

Get one on one support and be held accountable by one of our coaching team who will support you every step of the way through your journey. 

LIFT & GLOW COACHING APP

A platform dedicated to your progress. Track your photos, weight, measurements, steps, habits, workouts and find all the information you need to get results while living your best life 

PRIVATE FEMALE TRAINING FACILTY

No more feeling embarrassed or intimidated, you’ll always feel comfortable in our friendly female only community. 

GOOD VIBES ONLY POLICY

We want to be one of the highlights of your day, you will be made to feel comfortable and supported by not just the coaches but our members as well.

If you were to get a service like this from a 1-1 personal trainer you would be paying well over £700. (Without the huge bonus of becoming part of a supportive community) 

But we don’t charge anywhere near that… 

Our Lift & Glow 6 week challenge is just £250.

That’s about £40 per week, which is what any good personal trainer would charge for just one session.

You'll train in groups with other motivated women, you'll also have full nutrition support and we'll hold you accountable!
