REVIVE is a 6 week online group coaching programme that's designed to encourage + empower busy women like you to take control of your habits + get results that give your confidence a huge boost!

Before working with Hayley I felt like I had no consistency with diet or training, and didn't have a clue about calories. I used to just restrict myself and eat salads for months and cut out food i loved, because i thought that's how you lost weight! I always thought gyms could be intimidating and that cardio was the only way to lose weight.

 
I now feel so informed about food choices, i know exactly what to eat if i want to lose weight or maintain, and i still eat all the food i love without cutting out anything. Nothing is unrealistic, no low calories for quick results.

With my job I spend so much time looking after others it's easy to feel too tired and put yourself on the back burner. Hayley has helped me look after myself and helped me realise I'm a better person all round when I do put myself first. I feel so much more confident and fitter since I started and feel the healthiest I've ever been.

Before Lift + Glow I loved training but I was probably over training, my periods had stopped because I wasn’t eating enough. I needed a change and Hayley helped me get my diet sorted so that my periods came back.
