Revitalise is a personalised 1-1 coaching service which will support you in losing fat + gaining confidence, without causing chaos in your busy life.


You will be guided, supported + held accountable to your highest standard so you can be sure you're constantly moving in the direction of your goals.


You don't need to ban your favourite foods, or give up your social life to get results with me. I'll help you move from feeling restricted, exhausted + constantly struggling to feeling revitalised, nourished + empowered to sustain your results forever.

The Journey 


  • Register for a space for Revitalise Online Coaching.
  • Receive your starter pack + complete your onboarding forms so I can learn everything I need to know about you so I can design a suitable programme for you.
  • Receive your personalised exercise programme, habits protocol + nutrition targets.
  • Learn from educational content that will be shared with you over the course of the programme, which will teach everything you need to know about getting the best results possible.
  • Reflect on your progress each week during private weekly check-ins where I will assess compliance, progress + make any necessary changes to your programme.
  • Get day to day support + guidance from me via in app private messaging (Mon-Fri only). 
  • Experience an incredible personal transformation. You will see improvements to your physique, mindset, habits + overall wellbeing. Most of all, you will feel equipped to maintain these results on your own moving forward.

Before working with Hayley I felt like I had no consistency with diet or training, and didn't have a clue about calories. I used to just restrict myself and eat salads for months and cut out food i loved, because i thought that's how you lost weight! I always thought gyms could be intimidating and that cardio was the only way to lose weight.

 
I now feel so informed about food choices, i know exactly what to eat if i want to lose weight or maintain, and i still eat all the food i love without cutting out anything. Nothing is unrealistic, no low calories for quick results.

With my job I spend so much time looking after others it's easy to feel too tired and put yourself on the back burner. Hayley has helped me look after myself and helped me realise I'm a better person all round when I do put myself first. I feel so much more confident and fitter since I started and feel the healthiest I've ever been.
