CONSULTATION CALL
This is where I get to know you so I can understand exactly where you’re at right now and what you want to achieve. This will allow me to design a programme specifically for you and how you want to live your lifestyle.
PERSONALISED TRAINING PLAN
Which will be assigned to you in my coaching app with full demonstration videos. This will be designed for you depending on your training background, your goals and your time availability. Not everyone has 5 hours a week to spend in the gym, you might only be able to fit in 2 30 minute workouts. Whatever your time availability is, we will make it work for you.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION STRATEGY
So you know exactly how much to eat for your goals, you won’t be given a boring meal plan to follow. Instead I will help you put together a way of eating that works for your tastes and your life. If you like eating out at restaurants, family meals with your kids or you work shifts or work away, I’ll give you the knowledge and tools to know exactly how to handle your nutrition within the demands of your schedule.
WEEKLY CHECK IN
You’ll reflect on your week by completing a form. I'll review your form and all of the data on the coaching app such as your steps, workouts, habits and nutrition then send you a video response highlighting what’s going well and giving you a focus for the week ahead.
MONTHLY REVIEW
We’ll catch up on a phone call and will assess your progress over the last month and set some targets for the next month. This allows me to make changes to your programme so that you continue to get the most out of coaching.
EDUCATIONAL LIBRARY & MONTHLY WEBINARS
Built specifically for busy women who want to look and feel better. You will get access to this full library of educational videos and guides but you don’t need to overwhelm yourself with the content all at once, I will send you what you need as and when you need it. You’re not only going to get results, you’ll know exactly what to do to keep them for good.
FORM CHECKS
Send me videos of your exercises so that we can be sure you’re performing exercises effectively and making the best use of your time in the gym.

Most women think they need a personal trainer to count reps on the gym floor, but if you want results you need to look at everything as a whole like your habits, nutrition, work schedule, social life and you don’t get all of that spending an hour or two with a personal trainer.
As your coach, I’ll have a complete understanding of your life and will be at hand whenever you need me. It’s like having a PT in your pocket.

Monthly rolling: £200 monthly
3 month upfront: £500 (£166/month)

FAQs
Yes, your training programme will be fully tailored to you, your time availability and your ability. If you can't get to a gym there's no problem I can create you an effective programme that you can do at home.
If exercising and staying active on holiday is something you love to do then go for it, but you don't NEED to stay on track when you're on holiday. If you want to manage your holiday habits so as not to set yourself back, I can 100% help you do this. Your coaching will continue through all holidays and events that happen.
Just communicate this with me as soon as possible and I'll change things around for you. That's the huge benefit of personalised programming anything can be adjusted for you.
If you've been cleared by your doctor and/or physio, yes you can join and we will avoid movements that they have advised you to avoid.
Yes!! I work with lots of pregnant women at the moment and am fully pre & post natal certified. So I can assign you a programme that is safe for pregnancy and will help you stay strong and fit while your baby is growing!
This is down to how much time you have available, some of my clients are happy spending an hour in the gym. Others can only spare 30 minutes for themselves. I'll create the workouts based off what you can do.
You don't have to take progress photos, but it's a really good move if you do! It's so hard for you to see your progress day to day, looking back at photos allows you to see how far you have come.
Clients who don't take them often regret it! So although you might not feel great about yourself now, it's a start point that's all. No need to judge or critique them, take them, upload them then don't look at them again. I usually suggest taking photos every 4-8 weeks.
If you upload your photos to the app I can see them, but nobody else can. I will NOT share your photos without explicit permission. They're for you, not for anyone else, so your nudes will not end up on the gram unless you want them too!!
You'll get a reminder every Monday to complete your check in form, I'll reply to all 1:1 coaching check ins with a video on a Tuesday. This may change slightly only if I'm unwell or on holiday but that will always be communicated with you.
On the monthly payment there's no minimum term, but I suggest to everyone to give coaching at least 3 months before you decide to try something else. Results won't happen overnight, 3 months is long enough to see some real change.
This depends on where you're at now and what your goal is. For muscle growth, we need to give it time but for weight loss you should see losses within a couple of weeks but the big changes will come the longer you stick at it.
Ultimately, it's down to the work you put in. There is no doubt in my mind that you can get results if you follow my advice. Your results are down to you following through with what you need to do.
I don’t write tailored meal plans, because this doesn’t teach you how to live your normal, enjoyable life while getting results - it only tells you how to follow the meal plan. I give example meal plans and will support you in creating a way of eating that works specifically for you and your life.
The best diet is one that you can stick to, most people never stick to meal plans long term therefore they don’t work for long term results. You’re going to learn how to create your own diet that works for you, that you can sustain long term so that your results finally last!
It’s up to you, tracking calories is an excellent way to learn about nutrition and is the fastest way to build a way of eating that works for you. But it’s not for everyone, there are other ways we can monitor your food intake. You’ll also get a lot of education around nutrition and portion control. Not tracking calories can mean that things take a little longer, but you can definitely still reach your goals without tracking.
There's nothing off the table, you can drink alcohol but I'll show you how to fit alcohol into your life in a way that doesn't sabotage your progress.
You don't need to, but you can if you want. It's really helpful for people who struggle to hit their protein target. However it's not essential you can get your protein from other sources. My advice is to start coaching first and see how you get on, if protein is something you struggle with I might advise that you get a powder to help.
Yes, with my help you're going to learn how to create a diet that works best for you. This way you'll sustain it long term and so get long term results! So no matter what your dietary requirements what I teach you will work.
I don't set specific carb and fat goals, I will give you a calorie and protein goal only. This is because both low carb and low fat diets will work. The main thing is that we create a calorie deficit and have sufficient protein. Some people really enjoy a higher fat diet, others prefer higher carbs and for some people like me, it changes every day. Not having a set carb and fat goal allows you flexibility and also you won't waste energy on things that don't make a big impact. You'll be able to focus on what's most important, which is calories and protein.
