Hiya, I'm Hayley and I'm the founder of Lift & Glow!

After wasting years trying to change my body without ever getting the results I wanted, I was so frustrated!! I thought I was broken & stuck forever in a vicious cycle.

Every diet completely failed, I tried cutting out chocolate, banning carbs, meal replacements and fat burning pills to name a few.

But now I’m so happy that I know how to feel healthy, happy & confident while eating all the food that I love. I want to share what I know now with as many women as possible!

I created The Confidence Club to help women finally put an end to yo-yo & restrictive dieting & teach them how to build a body that they love, while living a life they love!
