I used to be obsessed with being as small as possible, I thought this would make me feel more confident. I banned chocolate, bread and pasta, tried meal replacements and fat burning pills.
After years of failures, I eventually got to the smallest I’d ever been but after working so hard, I still wasn't happy or confident. I felt exhausted, constantly hungry and like I was missing out on the fun of life.
I was making everything harder for myself for so long, but thankfully I figured out how to feel healthy, happy and confident while eating all the food that I love! Now I want to show you how you can do the same. Yep that's right, you CAN enjoy life while feeling amazing in your body!
