How does 1:1 Online Coaching work?
Most women don’t have a clue how online coaching works, but don’t worry - I got you.
I created a presentation taking you ‘behind the scenes’ so you know what to expect when you become a client and how we’ll work together to help you get to your goals as effectively as possible.

1. My requirements for the clients I work with
My 1:1 online coaching program is for:
Women aged 25+ who have busy, demanding, careers and schedules
Who are willing to make exercise part of their life, if you want to look and feel incredible it’s not just about what you eat - the training is important
Who is willing to record what they eat: This can be through tracking calories, taking photos of food or keeping a written food diary. This is the most effective way to get results. Eventually you can learn how to stop this, but at the start, this is a must. Because I need to see how your diet looks, in order for me to help you tweak your it.
Who is not looking for the next quick fix: quick fixes are the reason why so many women are stuck in the yoyo dieting cycle. Do it properly once and you’ll never have to do it again. Get results that finally last, by letting go of quick fixes and committing to long term change.
How the plan is tailored to you
After you sign up, you’ll fill in a client questionnaire form. This form will help me learn more about you and your likes/dislikes both in terms of your training and your diet.
We’ll then have a phone call to discuss your questionnaire where I might ask you to expand on what you’ve shared - this is so I can be sure I’m creating a programme that’s right for you.
This will then arm me with all the knowledge I need to design you an effective program that gets results.
Notably:
• Diet
You’ll be provided with flexible nutrition targets, example meals plans and education that will allow you to include all the foods you enjoy–so no matter your diet preference, we’ll make it work. There are no food restrictions or confusing food rules.
This will ensure that you can improve your habits, health and body shape effortlessly without losing your mind or hating every moment of it (if you hate it it won’t work for you long term).
All you require is a smartphone and you’re good to go.
• Training
You will be required to strength train at least 2x/ week. This will mean you build lean muscle and increase your strength while losing stubborn body fat.
Strength training will also help preserve your metabolic rate as you lose fat.
As for cardio? You don’t have to do it–I know, WOOP WOOP. No more endless hours pounding the treadmill.
The only ‘cardio’ I’ll have you do is daily walking. Walking is low-intensity, so it won’t stimulate hunger and will also help with recovery from your strength training. Plus, walking has tons of health benefits. Which is wonderful if you’d like to live longer.
(Of course, if you enjoy other forms of cardio–you’re more than welcome to continue it.)
• Tracking and accountability
This is the ‘secret recipe’ of fitness success. When you become a client, you’ll get access to my coaching app. You’ll use this to track your weight, body measurements, progress photos, tick off your habits and even your progress in the gym.
Then, once a week, you’ll check in with me and I’ll review your reflections and the data from the app and provide in depth feedback. At this point, depending on how things are going I’ll make adjustments to your diet and training to make sure you’re always making progress and not plateauing.
This means no more stressing out about whether or not your plan is working, you have an experienced coach in your corner to handle it all for you.
You just show up and execute the plan; let me worry about everything else.

1. How much does coaching cost?
I only discuss pricing after I’ve reviewed your application, made sure we’re a good fit, and that I can actually help you achieve your goals.
But please remember that you get what you pay for. I have over six years of experience (both in-person and online) and a proven track record helping women lose fat while living a good life. You’re not paying me just for a nutrition and training plan; you’re paying for my years of experience helping people just like you get results.
2. Will you give me a meal plan?
No. I’ll give you personalised nutrition targets, meal plan examples and lots of education around nutrition. I don’t write tailored meal plans, because this doesn’t teach you how to live your normal, enjoyable life while getting results - it only tells you how to follow the meal plan.
The best diet is one that you can stick to, most people never stick to meal plans long term therefore they don’t work for long term results. You’re going to learn how to create your own diet that works for you, that you can sustain long term so that your results finally last!
3. Is there a minimum commitment?
I don’t tie anyone into a contract, I only want to work with clients who want to work with me.
So on monthly payment plans there's no minimum term, but I suggest to everyone to give coaching at least 3 months before you decide to try something else. Results won't happen overnight.
