What the hell is online coaching?

You’re starting out but there’s all this confusing and conflicting information so you don’t know what to believe. 

There’s also obstacles that you don’t know how to overcome like a busy work schedule, social occasions and family life.

So you start, but not long after you end up frustrated and feeling like there’s something wrong with you.

Women waste an unnecessary amount of time trying to work things out for themselves. Having an experienced coach is your fast pass to your results.


Ok, I’m interested. What do I get when I sign up?

✅ Custom training program and on-going guidance

No two bodies are the same, so why should a training program be any different? You’ll get workouts designed specifically for your goals, experience, schedule, likes/dislikes, and injury history.

This means you’ll do exercises that you enjoy and that are safe for you to perform to get the best results.

Every exercise in your program comes with instructional exercise videos with a detailed walkthrough of how to perform them properly.

Just grab your phone, click the name of the exercise in your program and you’ll have instructions on how to do the exercise so you get results while minimising injury.

This means you stay safe, see great progress, and feel confident you know what you’re doing when you show up at the gym.

If going to the gym is a no go for you, I’ll give you home workouts instead. 

✅ Personal nutrition targets, education and on-going guidance

You get clear, concise directions on what and how much to eat for your goals. All of this is done with your dietary preferences, likes, and dislikes taken into consideration. I’ll help you discover a way of eating that gets you results - while enjoying the foods you love. 

No more wondering if you’re on the right track, I’ll see everything you’re eating and will give you ongoing feedback on how to tweak things to get the best results possible, while taking into account your personal lifestyle and routine. 

✅ Weekly lessons and education

Once you sign-up, over 12 weeks, you receive a message from me every week with one key lesson on transforming your health, habits and your body. 

Instead of me overwhelming you with a tonne of information all at once, these weekly lessons will simplify everything so you have a clear idea of what you should be doing, when you should be doing it, and why you should be doing it.

My goal in creating these educational videos is to help guide you through the first few weeks of coaching when things can be confusing and overwhelming.

You will also have access to my education library which includes guides, tips and tricks which have never (and will never) be published anywhere else.

There’s no doubt in my mind that community increases your chance of success. My community is special, the women who work with me are from all walks of life, they inspire me everyday - I KNOW they will inspire you too. 

You will have unfiltered, direct access to me. I am always active answering questions, giving encouragement and stealing food inspo from all the girls!! 

You’ll also have support from women on the same journey as you. Women who are going through the same struggles as you, and understand what you’re going through. With our support, you’ll never feel like you’re doing this all alone.

✅ Weekly check-ins

You’ll check-in with me once per week, you’ll reflect on your week and I’ll assess all the data in my app and your progress. 

I’ll make adjustments (if needed) and provide in depth feedback on how the week went and give advice and suggestions on where and exactly how improvements can be made.

✅ Monthly catch up calls

I want to get to know you, that way I can really help you. 

So each month we will have a catch up call where we will go over how things are going and what’s coming up in the next few weeks that might affect your plan. 

We’ll set some goals to give you clear direction and focus for the month ahead.

Is online coaching for you?

I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their bodies and their lives. But coaching isn’t magic.

I don’t want you to read this and think that just by paying me some money you’ll automatically get results.

You might not.

Yep, I said it. And it’s not something a lot of coaches talk about.

While changing your habits, health and body is not complicated–it’s not easy either.

You’ll have bad days. Days where you’re frustrated. Days where you might want to quit.

You will need to work hard.

You will need to make some small sacrifices. You will need to give up some of the bad habits that aren’t serving you in becoming the person you want.

If this is something you’re not willing to do right now, all good –don’t apply.

If you’re not really serious about changing your habits, health & body –don’t bother applying

I’m here to help you as much as possible but I’m really, I’m not your mum... 

If you’re not willing to do the work, no amount of coaching is going to help.

If you’re someone who’s always looking for the easiest route instead of working hard – online coaching isn’t for you.

If you think this one of those scammy “get abs in 3 weeks” things: coaching isn’t for you.  

If you’re not into looking amazing, feeling more confident in your skin, having more energy, building better habits, and generally just becoming an all round better woman to be around: don’t apply.

Who I Work With

  • Women who have busy, demanding, careers and schedules   

  • Who are willing to make exercise part of their life, if you want to look and feel incredible it’s not just about what you eat - the training is important 

  • Who is willing to record what they eat: This can be through tracking calories, taking photos of food or keeping a written food diary. This is the most effective way to get results. Eventually you can learn how to stop this, but at the start, this is a must. Because I need to see how your diet looks, in order for me to help you tweak your it.

  • Who is not looking for the next quick fix: quick fixes are the reason why so many women are stuck in the yoyo dieting cycle. Do it properly once and you’ll never have to do it again. Get results that finally last, by letting go of quick fixes and committing to long term change.
