Before joining Lift & Glow online I was the heaviest weight I'd ever been even after 2 babies. I was really down and fed up about how I looked and I really wanted to change my whole lifestyle. I've never really worked out, but done every fad diet there is going and never lost weight and maintained the loss.

i really feel so much more positive, productive and motivated than ever

Before joining Lift & Glow I tried various things to help me feel and look better, I was told one thing by one PT and another thing by another, so all my information was conflicting and confusing, things worked for a bit but none of them were sustainable. This led me to feel unmotivated and down on myself all the time, fed up of trying to do good but getting nowhere.

Since joining Lift & Glow my mindset on exercise has changed. Before Lift & Glow I didn’t have a good relationship with exercise or food and I knew I needed help to understand how to maintain a healthy lifestyle but to also not make it seem like a chore and to change my mind set and learn to make better choices. 

Since joining I have an understanding of what is needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A better knowledge of exercises and a great improvement on my technique. Finding the joy in exercise and actually enjoying meal planning and nutrition.  

My favourite thing is the Lift & Glow community. I was always super self conscious when exercising in a gym or joining a class because I was such a beginner, but everyone in the group is so helpful and supportive and it doesn’t feel overwhelming or that you are alone in it. When a day is bad the girls in the group chat can build you back up and help you try again. I love that.
